We send all New Zealand orders by New Zealand Post, including rural delivery. New Zealand Post has an estimated shipping time of 3 to 5 working days.
International shipping
We reserve the right to change the shipping cost for our international orders if it's calculated incorrectly on the website.
All international orders are sent by New Zealand Post through either international air or international courier (depending on your selection).
International air is untracked as specified on the shipping charge and therefore is sent at the buyer's risk. We don't replace missing or undelivered parcels.
